Formula SAE Steering Column Frame Support

In Fall of 2023 I returned to my local community college for a semester (after graduating with my AA degree in 2021) to take some prerequisite engineering classes. While I was there I also joined the school's Formula SAE racing team (apparently it was one of two community colleges in the country to have this program). My most notable accomplishment during my single semester there was redesigning the steering column frame, which was positioned way too low for the driver. I took many precise measurements, modeled the original frame, and then redesigned and CAD modeled the frame using Autodesk Inventor.
